As a certified Fitness Instructor/Trainer I have experience in a variety of classes including HITT, Kickboxing, Strength Training, Core, Kettlebell and Bootcamp and Run Club groups. Throughout the years I have develped a love for running and have completed races from 5k's-marathons.
