About Us

My goal is to help you reach your optimal fitness with a step by step plan, customized to your goals, experiences, and equipment. Start your journey today! Being passionate about fitness through the years, I hope to help others embrace a more healthy lifestyle. As a certified fitness instructor I have experience teaching kickboxing, HITT, bootcamp, cycle, core, and strength. Because running has had such an impact on my life, I formed a run club that helped develop other's love for running and created amazing friendships along the way.

            BOOTCAMP

 

During the Spring, Summer and Fall, I run a bootcamp in the south end of Grant Park, Chicago. Classes will include stations, intervals, fun group activites and full use of the museum campus for drills. 

Classes will run mornings and evenings with different time slots and dates available for you to sign up. Come try it out!!

If you are interested in personal or group training I can meet your goals. My experience in group led workouts and facilitating weight loss participants will push you to achieve your desired results in fitness. 

 

Options for trainings are flexible as I can accomodate work place sessions and in home sessions. 

 

            RUN CLUB

 

Whether you are looking for motivation, camaraderie or wanting to train for a goal or race, the running club will provide -both new runners and veterans-the chance to come together to RUN and learn how to train. Come each week or when you can.

 

Currently seeking runners to join a start up group in the South Loop area.
